It’s important to us, here at Multi-lingual Counseling, that the supervision needs of each therapist are tailored to the knowledge base, skills, experience, and assignment of each counselor.

What can I expect from my clinical supervisor?
As your supervisor, it’s important that you feel supported and confident knowing the agency is here to help build you in your professional development, along with increasing your knowledge on code of ethics, legalities of our profession, theory development and coping skills for the needs of your clients.
Our associates have the opportunity to meet in group along with individual supervision on a weekly basis. We have an open-door policy. Our employees know that our supervisors are open to questions, and challenges. The objective is to encourage open communication, feedback, and discussion about any concerns.
We offer flex schedule to allow our employees to move working hours around that are different from typical business working hours 9.a.m. to 5 p.m. We offer a supportive work environment where job performance, physical, and mental well-being of our employees are valued.
